Company Milestones:

The Company began its operations in Singapore in 2000, as a provider of Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services. Over the years, STIE has substantially grown the size and scope of our business and expanded our service offerings. Our core competencies have expanded to provide Integrated Facility Management (IFM), Information Technology Services (ITS), Transportation Services and Infrastructure Consultancy Services. We have a strong track record of clients in Singapore, including Jurong Town Corporation, Ministry of Home Affairs, Land Transport Authority, and Public Utilities Board. Since our expansion overseas in 2012, we have managed key projects for the Abu Dhabi Traffic Police, Abu Dhabi Ministry of Transport, and McDonald's Saudi Arabia. Our deep-rooted strategy is reflected in our end-to-end presence along the value chain, from providing turn-key engineering and Information Technology (IT) solutions, maintenance services and infrastructure development and consultancy. We are driven to consistently deliver innovative solutions that solve our client challenges and give them a competitive edge. While we have proven our ability to adapt to our clients' needs, and stay resilient across economic conditions, we continue to strive for excellence and leverage on our innovative and quality-driven approach to expand in Singapore and across the globe.


OUR ACHIEVEMENTS

2012

Expansion into Abu Dhabi, with its first contract for the Abu Dhabi Municipality.

2013

Expands further into Malaysia, working in close collaboration with the Malaysian Government's Rail Asset Owners and Operators.

2014

Appointed managing agent for various Housing Development Board Industrial Estates in the Defu, Kaki Bukit, Ubi, Tampines and Bedok clusters.

2015

Secures contract for Additions and Alternations works for Singapore's Ministry of Home Affairs (Central Zone), a key project for the Company.

2016

Awarded with a licence from the Building and Construction Authority to bid for projects with unlimited value the highest level of tender capability.
